I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was amazing, just a few meters away from the beautiful promenade where I could take leisurely walks and witness breathtaking sunsets. The views from the property were stunning, with a nice sea view from my unit. The staff, especially Yvonne and Noki, were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. The level of service was top-notch, with attentive and welcoming staff always ready to assist. The room amenities were fantastic, with air conditioning, a safe, free toiletries, and a television, providing the utmost comfort and convenience.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family.

The mountain view was a bonus. We loved the room, it was huge. Location was within 5 min walking distance to Queens Beach. Having access to the pool was great...

Beautiful location in Bantry Bay area of Cape Town. Coveniently situated to the Protea Presidents Hotel, where the conference I was attending was held. Reliable bus service to Waterfront and Centre of Cape Town could be caught close by. Also only a 15 minute walk to some stunning beaches in Clifton area. The Guest House was away from the main road so extremely quiet. Our room overlooked the sea and was off the pool area. This made for an extremely lovely stay. Nice touches from the staff, including providing bottled water and fruit and were happy with additional requests, like asking for some fresh milk to make tea in the middle of the day.
No air conditioning, though fan was provided. Only one set of keys per room, which for the most part did not matter as staff were usually there to let you in except for between 4.00-5.00 pm.

We liked the location in a smart district within a few steps of the seafront. We had a balcony with views of the sea. Room was spotlessly clean with a comfortable large bed. Excellent buffet breakfast with a splendid cooked to order eggs etc. Very attentive and helpfull manager.

The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of options included. , the view from the terrace was stunning, a great place to relax after a long day. The location was very convenient with good public transportation options.
The towels were old and worn out. , there were some small issues, like a leaky ceiling and the swimming pool wasn't very clean.

It is quiet and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful esp the manager. Taking b/fast at the patio with the view of the sea and cool breeze is great.
